BACKGROUND

We were a growing childcare business and we had no idea what our business numbers were.

FBZ OBJECTIVES

FBZ put our business on Xero so we could track how each Centre was performing. They also restructured the business, which ended up saving us about $12,000 in the first year of being their client. The tax dollars saved in the subsequent years is approx. $30,000 p.a.

KEY RESULTS

By knowing our numbers we can continue to expand the business by acquiring more and more centres.  Each year we know our tax position and what we need to set aside. FBZ have also helped us understand the risks we might face in our business and the structures we need to protect and grow our business into the future.
